  • Application means an application owned by the Company with name of “Jejakin” or any other name to be used by You, which will be available and can be downloaded on the Google Play Store and/or App Store, which will be managed by the Company.
  • Applicable Laws means any national, local province, municipal, or other law, regulations of agencies, decisions, constitutions, rulings, rules, government policies, and statutes within the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to PT Jejak Enviro Teknologi.
  • Feature means the services, features, and/or products, both existing and developed from time to time
  • Platform refers to the Website and the Application.
  • Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions governing all use of Jejakin services available on the Platform.
  • Website refers to Jejakin, accessible from https://jejakin.com , as well as any other website owned or shall be owned by the Company, including under other domains or sub-domains that shall be developed and operated by the Company in the future.
  • You means any visitor and/or user, whether individual, company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual that is accessing and/or using the Platform and its Features, whether or not they have an Account.

Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to make changes, updates, and/or add parts or all of the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, in accordance with Our business going forward, and/or changes to Applicable Laws and regulations. We will alert You about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy, through a notification sent through the Platform, and/or to Your email address. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Platform.

  • “Company Information” means all and any information, knowledge or data pertaining to a company as a user of the Platform, including name, electronic mail address (e-mail), mobile phone number, number of users, address of the company, company methods on managing emissions, company’s emission management strategies, emission level of a company (this refers to a comprehensive assessment of the company's emission levels and emission sources across its operation and it involves quantifying the greenhouse gas emissions and other pollutants emitted by the company, typically measured in terms of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e)), additional emission related-data including the company’s emissions and energy usage, such as a electricity usage and billings, and company information that is not publicly available, as well as data concerning the information regarding the company’s transaction activities on the Platform, and other data that is classified as company information which is collected in the period of use of the company.
  • In addition, the Company and Our service providers use a variety of techniques to gather other information about Your use of the Platform, including, among other things, Your browser type, mobile device type, content visited while on the Platform, and the duration of Your visit to the Platform.
  • Other Information, which is any information that does not reveal Your specific identity or does not directly relate to an individual.

Use Your Information

The Company collects Your Personal Data/Company Information for the intention to process transactions, manage and expedite the application process, as well as other purposes as long as permitted by the Applicable Laws. Having accurate information about You permits Us to provide You with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, We may use information collected about You via the Platform to:

  • Process and manage the Platform and related components of the Platform.
  • Processing Your Personal Data/Company Information for Your needs in accessing the Platform and/or using the Features.

  • To collect information on new formula of emission factors of users for other users of the Platform.
  • For the development of Our services through the use of data for calculating user’s emissions based on accounting data.
  • Email You regarding Your Account or order.
  • Generate a personal profile about You to make future visits to the Platform more personalized.
  • Monitor and analyse activities, behaviour, demographic data, usage and trends of the various services available on the Platform to improve Your experience with the Platform.
  • Notify You of updates to the Sites.
  • Offer new products, services, and/or recommendations to You.
  • Perform other business activities as needed, including to process all forms of requests, activities, payments, and transactions made by You through the Platform.
  • Supervise, detect and/or investigate suspicious transactions to prevent the occurrence of criminal acts or prohibited, illegal, fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity, which may occur in the use of the Platform including but not limited to fraud, embezzlement, theft, and money laundering.
  • Use the Personal Data/Company Information for internal administrative purposes, such as audit, data analysis, records in database data.
  • Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems in relation to the Platform.
  • Send Your Personal Data/Company Information to third parties in relation to the implementation of services from the Features being used.
  • Enforcing and implementing the provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
  • Communicate with You in connection with all matters regarding the Platform and/or Features thereof, while at the same time helping to maintain the safety, security, and continuity of the Platform, Our services, and/or Features thereof, including respond to product and customer service requests.
  • In certain circumstances, We may need to use or disclose Your Personal Data/Company Information for law enforcement purposes in the event of fraud or data theft.

The Company strives to ensure that the information that You provide to Us is safe and cannot be used by irresponsible parties. For the security of Your data, We strongly recommend to always update applications and software and does not disclose passwords to any party.

You hereby agree that We may store the Personal Data/Company Information on a server located in a data centre directly managed by Us. The use of Personal Data/Company Information in connection with the use of the Platform will continue to be governed by this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Applicable Laws.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and You are required to comply with all Applicable Laws.

Personal Data/Company Information Accuracy

The Company may need Your Personal Data/Company Information to process transactions. The Personal Data/Company Information that You provide to Us must be as accurate as possible and not misleading. You shall update and notify Us of any changes to Your Personal Data/Company Information. In the event of a data update, We will update the Personal Data/Company Information no later than 3 x 24 hours from the time We receive the request for data update and/or correction. By using the Platform, You waive the Company from any claims, suits, damages, and/or claims in connection with the failure of transaction processing on the Platform caused by any inaccuracy of the Personal Data/Company Information that You provide to Us.

If You are below 18 years old, has not married, or is under guardianship, then You require the consent of Your parents, guardians, or legal guardians to provide Personal Data to Us. By providing Your Personal Data to Us, You hereby represent and warrants that Your parent, legal guardian, or guardian has consented to the processing of Your Personal Data and personally acknowledges and agrees to adhere to this Privacy Policy. Additionally, they assume responsibility for Your actions.

When You provide Personal Data relating to other people, such as Your spouse, family members, and/or friends, it also means that You represent and guarantee that You have the authority and consent of the owner of the Personal Data to provide their Personal Data to Us for use following the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

During a company’s use of the Platform, You representing the company warrants that it has obtained all of the company approvals (both internal and external) to provide Us with Company Information for processing in accordance with the provisions set out in this Privacy Policy.

If You utilize a virtual Account provided by Us to receive electronic money and/or electronic wallet payment from a payer, whether You are a service provider or merchant, We may collect certain information related to Your utilization including but not limited to service transacted, amount You collect from every transaction, withdrawal or settlement Account details and withdrawal or settlement history.

If You utilize and/or when a payment is made through the payment card or Account that You add in the Platform, We may collect certain information related to the transaction history (including receiver details), bill details, invoice details, and phone number details.

By continuing to access the Platform, use Features, and/or Our other services, You hereby provide clear and explicit consent to Us to obtain and collect Your Personal Data/Company Information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, and this consent is given without coercion, when You are in a competent condition, and in a conscious state.

Sharing of Personal Data/Company Information and Third Party Cooperations

We respect the confidentiality of Your Personal Data/Company Information, and We are committed to not selling, renting, displaying, or distributing Your Personal Data/Company Information without Your consent, unless otherwise specified by the Applicable Laws. We will only disclose Your Personal Data/Company Information to third parties as disclosed in this Privacy Policy and/or with Your consent, except for the purposes of using and operating the Platform and/or Features.

In maintaining the Platform, the Company cooperates/uses the services of third-party companies which assist in the processing of the users Personal Data/Company Information, including the following:

  • Partners collaborating with the Company to support and process payment gateway features for purchases through Our Platform, including payment service providers and the implementation of Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard licensed by Bank Indonesia. These partners include PT Midtrans (Midtrans), PT Sinar Digital Terdepan (Xendit), as well as other parties that will cooperate with the Company in the future and from time to time
  • Other parties appointed to collaborate with the Company to support and assist in the implementation of Our services from time to time.

By continuing to access the Platform and using Our Features and other services, You hereby give express consent in any form to disclose Your Personal Data/Company Information to third parties as disclosed in this Privacy Policy that assist Us in providing services to You, and release Us from any claims and/or losses arising from the failure of such third parties to secure Your Personal Data/Company Information. You fully acknowledge that this consent is given without coercion, in a competent condition, and with full awareness.

If Your Personal Data/Company Information will be transferred outside of Indonesia, We will comply with the Applicable Law requirements regarding the protection of Personal Data/Company Information in Indonesia in doing so. In the event of transferring Personal Data/Company Information outside of Indonesia, We will take appropriate steps to ensure that the foreign receiving organization receiving the Personal Data/Company Information is bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide for the transferred Personal Data/Company Information a standard of protection at least equivalent to the protection under the Applicable Laws related to data protection.

We are authorized to disclose Your Personal Data/Company Information to comply with court orders or lawful government agency decisions or provisions of the Applicable Laws. Furthermore, if possible and permitted, We will provide written notice to You in the event We disclose Your Personal Data/Company Information.

We are authorized to disclose Your Personal Data/Company Information to third parties as disclosed in this Privacy Policy, relevant authorities, police, banks, authorized agencies, and/or other law enforcement agencies to monitor or investigate suspicious transactions or transactions suspected of containing elements of fraud, criminal acts, or violations of the Terms and Conditions, or provisions of the Applicable Laws, and take necessary actions as a follow-up to the results of such monitoring or investigation.

You understand and agree that in order to develop the Platform, We may use and share Your data and information that does not identify You individually, including for processing, development, and cooperation with third parties as disclosed in this Privacy Policy. We respect Your privacy, so the data and information that We may use and share are aggregate data without identifying You individually.

Links To Third Party Platform

By using the Platform and the approval of this Privacy Policy, You have given Us permission to link to third-party sites. However, the Company is not responsible for the acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, use, storage, display, announcement, transmission, dissemination, deletion, and destruction of the Personal Data/Company Information by such third parties. Similarly, suppose You provide information directly to these sites. In that case, the privacy policies, and terms of service on those sites will apply, and the Company is not responsible for these sites’ information processing activities or privacy policies

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting You can activate to signal Your privacy preference not to have data about Your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates Your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that We must follow in the future, We will inform You about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy. In such case, if You set the DNT signal on Your browser, We will respond to such DNT browser signals.

Security, Storage, and Deletion of Your Personal Data/Company Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect Your personal information, in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations for the period specified in the regulations based on the Applicable Laws. If You have concerns about Our handling or treatment of Your Personal Data/Company Information or believes that Your privacy was violated, You may contact Us through Our service, or Our contact listed in this Privacy Policy by explaining the identity and complaint.

We will investigate Your complaints and respond to such complaints within a reasonable time after receiving complaints submitted by You.

Transfer Of Business
